Not satisfied with your order or received the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Order

Email us at info@larryandjacob.com to request a return form. Please read the conditions below carefully. 

1. Fill out the return form completely.
2. Send the product along with the completed form to the return address below.
3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and with tags and labels.
• The product must not show any signs of use.
• Return shipping is at your own expense.
• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

Please note: As our London store has permanently closed, returns are now handled through our international warehouse.

Exchange for Wrong Size

1. Please email info@larryandjacob.com with your order number, the new size you require, and a photo of the size tag from the item you received.
2. You’ll receive an exchange form.
3. Send the item with the completed form to the return address.
4. Upon receipt, we’ll send the correct size free of charge.

Exchange for Defective Items

1. Email us with photos or a short video showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will review the evidence.
3. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement item at no cost.
4. You’ll receive tracking once the replacement is shipped.

Note: Opting for a replacement excludes eligibility for a refund.

Important:
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without a completed return or exchange form inside the package. Always contact us first to receive the correct form.
