Shipping Policy

Since we’ve permanently closed our local boutique in London, all remaining stock is now being shipped from our international warehouse. This shift allows us to offer free shipping on every order—our way of saying thank you for your support.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, with an average delivery time of 6–10 business days. Please note that due to high demand and limited staffing, there may be occasional delays.

How to Place an Order
Browse and select the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you’ve added items to your cart, you can complete your order at any time.

Review Your Order
Check to make sure you’ve selected the right products. Click “Checkout.” On the checkout page, confirm that the correct products, prices, and quantities are shown. You can also leave a message on this page. If you can’t find a product or have any other questions, please visit our contact page.

Track Your Order
You can track your order using our Track & Trace system, which you will receive via email after placing your order. Tracking is available online 2–3 days after your order is placed, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your items.

Responsibility for Unclaimed/Refused Packages
If a customer fails to collect a package at the designated pick-up point or delivery address within the given timeframe, responsibility lies with the customer. If the package is returned to our international warehouse, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

• For orders up to £50, a flat fee of £14.95 will be deducted.
• For orders over £50, one-third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.
  This fee covers return shipping and handling costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are automatically queued for dispatch and can no longer be cancelled.
